Clean, excellent boutique hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed bright and comfy rooms and good staff. There were comfy beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and air conditioning inside the room. The atmosphere created was quiet! The food was outstanding and the location was great.

We were satisfied for your service, specialy the preparation of our aperitive, also the breakfast was ok. What I did not like was the garage, expensive for what is was, and I had problems for entering and leaving the garage.

The hotel was friendly and we had a nice welcome, the room was spacious and clean. I chose it mainly because it was only 140mtrs from the railway station with ontime regular 1/2 hourly services to Donastia San Sebastion. The breakfast in the cafe was excellent and the resturant downstairs was very good as well. We were "fortunate" we stayed on the first night of the town carnival and were treated to a fantastic firework display which started at 11.00pm!!!!!!!!!! Overall a good place to stay if you want to visit San Sebastion but dont want to drive in or stay in
Car parking was expensive in the Hotel car park at 12 euros per day

Location
When we arrive at the hotel, the receptionist told us the hotel had another building and due to overbooking we had to go there. We had to walk there (since we had already parked close to the “original” hotel) and were very surprised to find just a building with no reception and no elevator. After climbing the stairs with all the suitcases, we entered the room… what a disappointment…! We called the hotel to inform them we would not stay and then the receptionist could find a room in the main building. The room was better, but not what we expected. Very warm, neither air conditioning nor ventilation and very noisy… and the price was quite higth… If we knew, we would have stayed in a B&B.
